A mid-sized FinTech enterprise partnered with People10 to modernize a fragmented software delivery model spanning approximately 1,400 microservices and backend components. The existing setup relied on manual server modifications, fragmented source control, manual rollback processes, and limited pipeline visibility—creating release risk and blocking the certified release baseline required for an AWS Marketplace SaaS launch. People10 implemented a secure, GitHub-centered CI/CD architecture using GitHub Actions, Docker, Nexus Repository, Terraform, SonarQube, Trivy, Prometheus, Grafana, and our in-house Release Automation tool Quantum Release as the release orchestration and governance control plane. The solution established governed source control, immutable artifacts, repeatable environments, automated quality and security gates, controlled deployment and rollback, auditability, and real-time DORA metrics. The modernization delivered 5x higher deployment frequency, 50% shorter lead time for changes, 70% lower change failure rate, and 80% faster mean time to recovery, while establishing the verified release baseline required for AWS Marketplace readiness.
